Customer Service Rep

Overview:

Work Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, with flexible hours. Shift availability includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Time zones may influence work hours.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats.
Maintain commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency.
Uphold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience in customer service, but not mandatory.
A quiet, dedicated workspace with the required technology setup.
Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills.
Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in spelling and grammar.
Willingness to undergo standard background checks and assessments.
Minimum age of 18 years old with at least a high school degree or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside within the US.
Access to a smartphone for system verification.

Technical Requirements:
